At Free2be we fully recognise the individual and differing needs of clients and have tailored our rates to be flexible and affordable. Typically our pricing structure is offered in the following formats to suit your requirements:

Hourly Rates

  • Start from £20, with a minimum charge of 1 hour
  • After the initial minimum charge, time is charged per minute on a pro-rata basis
  • Sophisticated time tracking software means if we stop, for even 1 minute, your chargeable time stops

    Project Based Fees
  • Bespoke quotations for one-off projects
  • Commission based rates for lead follow up
  • All in price for on-site event management

    Monthly Retainer Packages
  • Excellent value for money for longer term projects or on-going support
  • Commit to buy a set number of hours per month at a reduced rate
  • Additional hours used would be charged at the prevailing hourly rate

    Urgent Deadlines
  • Out of hours - evening and weekend work can be carried out with prior arrangement
  • Express service with a pre-agreed turnaround 

    Any additional expenses, such as stationary, postage, packaging, courier services, phone & fax may be charged at cost.

    In the situation where a visual presence is required, such as reception cover or on-site event services, travel expenses are charged at 40p/mile. 

    We are more than happy to visit your premises or meet with you for an initial consultation to discuss your requirements at no cost or obligation to yourselves. Any subsequent visits will incur travel expenses at 40p/mile.
