About Us

Free2be is committed to providing a full and comprehensive range of virtual office support services. The proprietor, Debbie Medlin, has over 25 years experience within business, financial and administrative fields, having worked at senior management level for large multi-national organisations in a multitude of industries including computer technology, pharmaceutical and exhibitions/events. Being a fully qualified accounting technician and a fellow member of the association of accounting technicians means she is committed to keeping up to date with the latest business practices and regularly participates in continued professional development (CPD). In addition, Debbie has started and developed several Companies for small businesses and corporate organisations, taking on a range of functions including, staff selection, business planning, implementing effective office procedures and establishing offices policies (T&C's, employment contracts, health & safety policies, employee handbooks/manuals).

During her many years of experience Debbie has gained an extensive range of skills and has a vast knowledge of many software packages, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, various accounting packages and many bespoke in house systems. She has attended numerous seminars and training courses on various topics, including - presentation skills, data protection awareness, effective management, telephone techniques and credit control.

Her experience and skills have enabled her to select only the best independent Virtual Assistants/Virtual Secretaries to represent Free2be, who between them have a wide range of skills and knowledge in many areas of business.
